i really like this because he reminds me of rick moranis in ghostbusters. just all awkward and making passing conversation about discount salmon at parties. and he doesn’t really have any friends, just these people who ask him for help with their crimes/taxes. but all he wants is someone (janine/sherlock) he can really connect with. someone who understands him. and maybe a chance to shine for a little bit. but until then he’s okay, just nodding along. he’ll get there. he’ll get there.
