Things You Should Know About Me:
- I’m awesome and fat and loud and annoying and I like lots of stuff and am pretty cool and like people and get mad at dumb stuff.
- I am an enthusiast. I love movies and books and television and the internet and art and all kinds of stuff. I get obsessive about things like trivia and organization. I am trying to make an effort to be a good person, but the results thus far are not promising.
- When I read something on the internet that I agree with, I sing “Straight up now tell me” from the Paula Abdul song and then I kind of mumble through the rest of that bit until the “BUH BUH BUH ETC” part which I say with VIGOR. Then I stop. I do this A LOT. Out loud. Whether there are people around or not. When it’s something that makes me feel romantical/longing, I sing, “Always and foreeeeeeeverrrrrr…”
- Nail polish takes two days to fully dry on me. THIS IS NO LONGER TRUE BECAUSE I BOUGHT SOME SECHE VITE DRY FAST TOP COAT AND NOW I CAN PAINT MY NAILS AND GO TO BED IN THE SAME 24 HOUR PERIOD.
- I get inflamed taste buds all the time and am the most patient person you will ever meet. I can’t ride a bike and I once stuck my head in the mouth of a circus tiger named Munchy.
Things You Should Know About This Tumblr:
- I usually use my queue and I won’t apologize for that. (Apparently people do!) I try to always have no less than 100 things queued with my settings at three posts a day between six and nine pm pacific time. These are usually reblogs of all kinds. Most personal posts are posted when I write/create them, so they tend to happen in the middle of the night when no one is around to see them.
- I post about politics, religion, body acceptance, food, pop culture, media of all kinds, stuff I buy and like/hate, celebrities, dumb stuff, pretty stuff, funny stuff, important stuff. I post lots of images and signal boosts and anything I find interesting.
- I try to use content warnings whenever possible though I rarely post content that needs them. That doesn’t mean that this journal is 100% safe for all people. Material you personally find triggering might sometimes be posted and it might be posted without a warning. I apologize if something I post triggers you, but I cannot account for everything no matter how hard I try.
- Some content may be NSFW. I try to always tag nudes and such with NSFW but I often forget. Sorry in advance if your boss busts you looking at boobs I shared.
- I do not immediately follow back for my own sanity/preservation, but I always check out people when they follow me and especially people who send me messages! I’m a casual Tumblr reader, so having lots of blogs to follow is a good thing.
- I will not follow you if you are a dick about credit (How Not to Be a Dick About Credit) or if your primary sources for posts are WeHeartIt or those “follow this blog you will love it on your dash” Tumblrs. I will also not follow if you post a ton of asks.
- I follow and unfollow at will. I expect/assume you do the same!
